I can't believe...
... it's been three days since my last thanks!
1. I am making blog friends by the boatload - some of these people have been more kind and generous to me than some of my own family have been - expecting nothing but friendship in return. I will be forever thankful for having met them!
2. I am continually thankful for my incredible husband. I am a very blessed chica.
3. My coworker - who is a machine when it comes to getting things done - is back at work tomorrow after an almost 2 week vacation. It has been hellish here without her and I am thankful she is back in the office tomorrow!

I am not feeling thankful. At all. But I know there are things I should be thankful for, so I'll try.
1. I am thankful we had our beautiful Tessie for fourteen years. I miss her so much it hurts.
2. I am thankful my husband is such a support system for me. I bawled like a baby in Denny's after having our Tess put to sleep and he wasn't annoyed or embarrassed. He just held me and told me it was okay.
3. I am thankful for my other two pets, who are helping to take my mind off of how much I miss my Tess.
1. Reunion...attended my first ever adoption agency reunion this weekend & it was FUN!!! Got to meet many of my LID group & spend lots of time with our travel mates to China. We had a BLAST & I am so grateful that we decided to make the trip! Our daughter had soooo much fun running around with all the kids!
2. I had to find some new shorts and FAST!! All of my shorts have become way too short all of a sudden & now that I am a mom, I just can't see myself wearing short shorts...so...went shopping today & found some great long-ish walking shorts, that fit (!) in like 5 seconds!! WOW!! That NEVER happens to me! I usually shop for HOURS and get NOTHING! So thankful for a quick & production shopping trip!
3. My daughter...sorry, just can't help it! :) She is becoming SUCH a big girl, talking sooooo much now & just continues to light up our lives & fill up our hearts! Although she can be FEISTY, I am so thankful that she has such a strong, curious & mischievous personality! LOVE her & so thankful that we were chosen to be her parents!

1) for fresh garden strawberries.....YUM!
2) for the smell of freshly mown grass. I LOVE that smell.
3) for the sky- I love the sky. Everything about it. WHen it's blue, without a cloud, when it's dark with rain, when it's filled with those light, fluffy clouds, when it's all different colours, when I see the Northern Lights, when it's PITCH black. I love, love, LOVE the sky.
